Charlotte Elmer took up the role of President of the Inner Wheel Club of Thame on 1st July 2026, having been a proud member of the club for ten years. Over the past decade she has seen the club grow and change, and she brings that experience into her presidency alongside a clear sense of what she wants this year to be about: fun and friendship first, with fundraising following naturally from a club that people love being part of. Her ambition for the year is to see membership grow, with a view to reaching around twenty members, while keeping the warmth that has always defined the club.
Professionally, Charlotte works as an Executive Coach and Management Consultant, helping organisations and the people within them perform at their best. She also runs BCD Women in Business, supporting and connecting women in the business community. She brings that same focus on people, communication, and building strong networks into her presidency of Inner Wheel.
Outside of work and Inner Wheel, Charlotte is Chair of Chinnor Silver Band, a role that reflects her love of music and community. She lives with her husband Scott and their daughter Jasmine.
This year’s chosen charity is the Chilterns Neuro Centre (formerly the Chiltern MS Centre), a cause close to Charlotte’s heart as her mother-in-law lives with multiple sclerosis. The centre provides vital therapies and support to people living with MS and other neurological conditions across the region, and Charlotte is looking forward to the club rallying behind it throughout her presidency.
